Phase 2.1
Briefing with the clients r&d department, marketing and sales departments. Definition of all necessary informations. Elaboration of first skits in form of 3d cad renderings. Elaboration of moodboards to show the important material, colour and design trends.
Phase 2.2
Revision of the presented design skits. Elaboration of the main ideas of the structure and design of the product. Definition of materials, colours and design of the surfaces. Presentation of the results of this phase in form of 3d cad renderings and first rough pre models.
Phase 2.3
Elaboration of the selected design in detailed form. Rapid prototyping of the needed parts. Presentation of the elaborated design in form of computer renderings and/or a mock up in 1:1 scale.
Phase 2.4
Design engineering of the elaborated designs. Projectmanagement of the production of small series of the needed parts and products. Support of the involved manufacturer of the moulds and/or the mass production.

Design and development of plastic parts, metal parts and mechanical components for e.g. the automotive and consumer industry and machines for special applications. On our customers request we support also the production of the designed parts in small and great series.
Digitalization of design parts and transfer of these data in 3D CAD data.
Design engineering of moulds for injection moulding and the metal working industry. Development of CNC data and CNC programming.
Linear analyis of FEM models for the optimization of the structure, design and material of the parts designed by our company.
Production of prototypes made by different rapid prototyping systems as e.g. stereolithography.
Production of moulds with the Keltool system or produced in alumimium/megithan
